How to Make Changes to Your SubscriptionUpdated 6 months ago

There are a variety of self-service options available when you start a new Earth Echo product subscription. Put your subscription on a pause while you're going to be away, change the quantity or even swap products from the convenience of our self-service portal. 

Sign in to Your Earth Echo Account

First, select the small Login icon in the top right corner of earthechofoods.com. If this is your first time signing in, click on Create Account.  

Once signed in, view your account details and order history from this page. Follow the Manage Subscriptions link at the top of the page to make changes to your subscription.

Make Changes to Your Subscription

You'll be shown the subscription with the closest billing date first, and your navigation bar to access more options is on the right. 

If you have multiple subscriptions and would like to make changes to a different product than the one shown, click Manage Subscriptions on the navigation bar to see all of your active product subscriptions. You can also re-activate subscriptions from this page.
