Manage your Shopify Subscription (U.S. Store)

This article gives some tips for managing your Earth Echo subscription through Shopify.

Your Earth Echo Account

While setting up your Earth Echo Foods subscription through Shopify, you were asked to create an account. This allows you to manage and customize a number of things about your subscription.

If you'd like to make updates, select the small Login icon in the top right corner of earthechofoods.com. 

Once you've entered your username and password, this icon will change to Account. Click here to view your account details and order history. You have the option to Manage Subscriptions by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.

Choose an active subscription to edit. You can also re-activate cancelled subscriptions or add new ones from this page.

Pausing your Subscription

Too much Bliss? We can help with that! To move your charge date, click the Next Charge Date window. A calendar will pop up on your screen. 

Simply choose the date for your next subscription charge, then click the orange Update Next Shipment button to save. If you prefer your subscription to charge today, click Order Now. 

Choosing Skip Shipment will move your charge date to the next date in the billing cycle, which is usually 30 days. (The length of your billing cycle is the delivery schedule under the charge date.) For example, if your subscription was set to bill on June 1st, selecting this option will bill the subscription on July 1st instead. 


Click Skip in the popup window to save.

Order Now

Running low on your favorites sooner than expected? Clicking the orange Order Now button will process a new charge to the credit card on file and start the shipping of your next order.

Change Product or Quantity 

To change the quantity or product, click Product. Feel like trying something new? Add one-time orders or new subscriptions any time from the menu of available menu products. These will bill and ship with your current active subscription.

Change Your Email Address

Please note, changing your email address will update this to the new default for all of your subscriptions. If you'd like to change the email associated with just one subscription, for example if you are ordering a subscription as a gift, please contact our support team here for assistance. 

If you would like to change the email address linked with all of your Shopify subscriptions, scroll down to the bottom of the account management page and click Email Address.

Enter your new email and click Update to save. 

Cancel

Active subscriptions can also be cancelled through this page, but we'd be sad to see you go! If you have any concerns about your subscription, feel free to reach out to us here prior to cancellation, and we'll be happy to provide you with extra assistance.
