Apply a Reward to Your Upcoming SubscriptionUpdated a year ago

Loyalty Points = Rewards!

Subscriptions are a convenient way to receive your favorite Earth Echo products every month, and earn loyalty points on your deliveries at the same time. When you earn a reward, you can apply these to your upcoming subscription deliveries, as well as to new orders. 

To apply a reward on the next billing of your subscription, follow the instructions below.     

Redeem a Reward

Start by logging in to your Earth Echo Account. Click on Rewards Program from the navigation menu at the top of the page.

View your points balance and tier status from this page. Click Redeem Now to use a reward.

After selecting your reward, a unique discount code will be revealed to you. Copy this code by clicking on it, and save for the next step. 

If you loose or forget your discount code, don't worry! Just return to the top of the rewards page and click Rewards History. You'll be able to see all used and unused discount codes associated with your account. 

Apply a Reward to your Subscription

Make sure you are logged in to your Earth Echo Account. Click on Manage Subscriptions from the navigation menu at the top of the page. 

Click on the subscription you'd like to apply your reward to. You will be directed to a subscription management page like this.   

Scroll all the way to the bottom. Select the option to apply a discount to your next order. 

Enter your code and hit apply. When it applies successfully, the discount on your next purchase will be visible at the top of the page. If this doesn't appear right away, try refreshing the page. 

If you don't see the Apply Discount option for your product subscription, reach out to our support team at [email protected]  or use the live chat button at the lower right corner of the page. There may be a discount already applied to your upcoming order, or a discount code may have been used in a prior billing of the subscription.
