Earth Echo subscriptions make a great gift for superfood and sustainability lovers in your life!
The easiest way to give a gifted subscription is to make a new order with only the product(s) you wish to give, and complete with the recipient's shipping information.
Completing the order with the recipient's email address will send them a confirmation of the order as well as shipping updates along the way. This will start the subscription under their account. (Or, start an account for them if they are new to Earth Echo products.)
If you don't want them to be notified of the gift, enter your own email at checkout. This will start the subscription under your Earth Echo account and send all notifications to you.
Payments
At this time, we do not offer prepaid subscriptions. All subscriptions continue billing until cancelled. If the gifted subscription was started under your account, you can easily log in and cancel at any time.
If the subscription was started under the recipient's account, they could also take over payments at any time. Simply log in and update the payment information associated with the subscription.
Gift Existing Subscriptions
If you would like to send a subscription that is already active under your account as a gift, update the shipping address for only that subscription.
It is not possible to change the email address associated with a gifted subscription (so that the other person can receive shipping notifications by email) without changing the email for all subscriptions associated with your account.
