Your products will be automatically delivered every 30 days, starting from your purchase date, to ensure you don't run out of your supply. 

For your convenience, the credit card entered for your initial purchase will be the card held on file and charged on your shipment date each month.

How do subscriptions work?

Easily change or cancel your subscription through our self-service portal. Log in to your Earth Echo account and click manage subscriptions. 

You can also click on "I need more help," to be connected with a member of our team. We will be glad to make updates if you prefer not to use self-service. Please note, we may not be able to make changes if your subscription is set to re-bill within 48 hours.

I'd like to change to my subscription

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a refund or replacement product within 60 days of purchase.

To make your request, select "I need more help" from the chat options to be connected to a member of our customer service team. Please be ready to provide your name, order number, and the reason for your request so we can promptly assist you. 

All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment upon receipt of returned items. Please allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to process your refund.

We're sorry to hear there was a problem with your order! If your order was damaged, please take a photo, and select "I need more help" from the chat options to be connected to our customer service team. 

If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, return to the main chat menu and select "track and manage my orders" from the bottom. This should provide a tracking update on your shipment, but if you need extra assistnace with your order, click on "I need more help" to connect with our team.
