Can I return my order?Updated 22 days ago

To initiate a return for a shippable item, please take the following steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] and provide:
    • Your name
    • Your product order number (located on your order confirmation email
    • The product(s) in your order that you wish to return
    • The reason for your return
  2. We will reply with instructions on where to ship your product. We will also provide you with an RMA number, which needs to be written on the outside of your box to ensure it is processed correctly.
  3. You are responsible for any shipping costs to return the item(s) to us. Please use a shipping method that provides a tracking number, and write this number on the outside of your box.
  4. Share the tracking number with us, and your refund will be issued within 3-5 days of receipt and inspection of the items.

* Please note that products received that are damaged or returns that contain open/unsealed pouches of perishable goods cannot be returned under our Return Policy.

This Return Policy applies only to purchases made by customers, and not by resellers. The Return Policy is further limited to purchases made from us.
