If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to make a return, please reach out to our team at [email protected] or by calling 888-997-3851. We accept returns up to 60 days from the purchased date.

Please include the following information in your message: 

1. Your name

2. The product(s) in your order that you wish to return

3. The reason for your return

4. Your order number (found on your order confirmation email and printed invoice) or the email address used to place the order.  

You will receive an email from us with instructions on where to ship your return. To be eligible for a refund, your product must unopened, sealed and free from damage. We do not accept opened products for return. 

If this is your first order of a product, we may be able to refund up to one full-sized pouch without a return if it fits within the guidelines of our Satisfaction Guarantee. 

You will be responsible for any shipping costs to return the item(s) to us. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number to ensure that your return won’t be lost in transit.

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 days of receipt and inspection of returned items.

This Return Policy applies only to purchases made by customers, and not by resellers. The Return Policy is further limited to purchases made from us.
