Why can’t I track my order?Updated 2 months ago

If you received a shipping confirmation with your tracking number, this means your package has left warehouse and is on its way to you. 

Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to become available after receiving your tracking number. It is normal for the package to remain in ‘label created’ status until it is sorted and scanned by the carrier.

Orders placed over a weekend or holiday are shipped the following business day. If your order has not been delivered and appears to be lost or stuck in transit for longer than two weeks, please check with our team for further assistance.
